No such thing really. This whole detox thing generates hundreds of questions and to be frank the whole thing is quackery. It is interesting how much people love quackery, and the more money they have to chuck at it the better it must be!

If all the cash wasted on detox, which is useless were given to medical Charities it might be useful for something.

Drink plenty of clear fluid, minimise alcohol, exercises regularly and eat plenty of fruit and veg.

The best detox for the liver is to drink only freshwater, no tea ,coffee, pop (fizzy or still).

Milk Thistle is supposed to be good. Buy the tablets from a Health supplier.

milk thistle tablets are good, u can buy them at any chemist, or health shop and even in some supermarkets. they help support the liver and flush out any toxins

There is a natural medicine produced by an indian company called LIV52.
We sell it in our Pharmacies.
It is very good, and lots of good feedback on it.
Other than that you can ask your dr. to prescribe you something like Legalon, if it is not available over the counter.
