i closed my child support case...and i know that if i reopen it,the process would start from the beginning...im just wondering if i could just show the results of the paternity i have before...to avoid going on a paternity test again?

Paternity is established at this point, I can't imagine it would be an issue again, after all he knows it's a test he'll "flunk" once again if he insists on it. But I'm not a lawyer, that's just what makes sense to me.

yes.It will not be a completely new case unless its a different child. The results of the paternity test will still be there in the court file. You just need to motion a new court day.

Sure. Once paternity is established, it is a matter of law. It will not even be at issue at this point.

If paternity has already been established, you shouldn't have to go through that again.

Paternity tests should be admissable as it isn't like they change.

They should have copies of the test results on record. But if not just show them the copy of your test result.
