what is the best time, way and words to ask for forgiviness from Allah? please.

Five times a day during prayer at the prescribed times.

First, change the Allah to God, Jesus and the Holy Ghost.
Then, commit your life to them and doing their will.
Study the Bible not the Koran (remember, the Koran teaches "Jihad" (Holy War).
Ask to be forgiven and you will be.
That's all there is to it.
You might want to learn the meaning of the word 'tolerance', as you have been taught that anyone who does not believe in Mohammed (Muhammed) is to be eradicated .

after daily pray of course.but i think most suitable thime is during Laylat al-Qadr.

you have to forgive and repent.....
i guess there is no best time...do it daily with the hope of God's mercy in mind
