Neosporin, a bandaid, a rubix cube, and a doughnut.
The neosporin to clean and disinfect the wound.
A bandaid to cover it up.
The rubix cube to prevent yourself from touching it.
The doughnut's for me.

Stop picking. It is a nervous condition or habit. you can create some very serious problems. I would ask your physician for a topical steroid cream known as clotrimazole to help with the itch. Good Luck

Use Head & Shoulders Shampoo. (I know it's not dandriff...) It should dry the scab making it smaller. BUT - YOU have to stop picking at it or it won't go away.

Restrain yourself! I know what your going through trust me but it will get better! If you have trouble restraining yourself put a band aid on it! Like I always say: You'll suffer more picking it then you will when you don't!
