Petco sells a fire hose toy that is totally indestructable. try doing a search for it. one of our trainers had a Rottie and he plays with it all the time, have you tried a kong? they are made of hard rubber and they are hollow so you can stuff treats or peanutbutter in it

What i have found works for an extremely strong dog that tears up everything, is Kong. The little treat finders are great, but lately they have recently come up with these toys that are made out of this tennis ball like material, and they squeak, but are virtually indestructable. I have bought 2 of them for my dog, he too tears through just about any other toy in no time.

A Kong toy. They come in large sizes. The black Kong is reportedly indestructible. You stuff Kongs with goodies or food and your dog spends a lot of time trying to remove the contents. You could use the Kong as a ball. The Kong is an abnormal shape, so beware, it bounces crazily. It's great jaw stimulation, and terrific mental stimulation too.

Here's a great site for dog toy reviews:
http://www.boston-terrier-challenge.com/
Also look out for dog toys that are made of heavier rubber, for serious chewers like your dog! They are pretty easy to find. I would stay away from rope toys, unless you're using a kong on a rope as a fetch toy. Just letting your dog have a rope toy to chew on is a bad idea - rope is not good for your dog's digestion.

Kong advertises their toys as having "Legendary strength, quality and performance". Their "Extreme Kong" comes in a king size, is for big chewers, and claims to be the world's strongest rubber dog toy. Check out their website (www.kongcompany.com) to see what other products they make - most can be found in retail and pet specialty stores.

They will tear through anything at that age. You just have to keep replacing them. Even those kong ones get destroyed. Just check toys periodically to make sure pet cant hurt himself.(like swallowing a piece and having it lodged in his throat)

I know how you feel. I have a half lab, half rot willer and she will chew a toy up in about 3mintues. There is only really those big bones that you can get to let them play with. Thats the only thing she hasnt chewed up yet.

I was going to say that, yep a " kong " you can fill it with peanut covered dog food!
The kong looks pretty tough but I would be sure that he doesn't tear and eat.
Let us know what you find!
