Water isn't going do the trick. Yes it helps with weightloss, but not alone. Losing 60 lbs in about 5 weeks isn't safe or possible.

You need to reduce your calorie intake, choose healthier foods that will fuel your body for excercise. You're going to need to start working, cardio and strength training, and increasing your water intake while getting rid of all those sugary drinks.

Please bear in mind that 60 pounds will take a year to lose at a safe pace of 1 pound a week.

You can make a sizable dent by Easter, maybe lose a dress size. Just get together a well-balanced, calorie restricted diet... drink 8 glasses of water a day, and strive for 30 minutes, 3 times a week of exercise. Focus on the habits now. By Easter, you should have these down pat, and will be well on your weightloss journey.

Good luck (be patient)!

I need to warn you: you actually CAN DIE from drinking too much water. See, whatever you drink get filtered in the stomach and a good part of it goes into the blood stream-your veins & arteries. Well, if you drink too much at once too quickly (something like a gallon in less than half an hour is relatively dangerous for someone about your size-180 lbs) your blood stream gets too overloaded, too watered down, and therefore, you will not be able to get enough oxygen to all your cells, heart, brain, etc. because by this point, your blood is so diluted with water and the kidneys cannot flush it out fast enough.
Also, there are electrolytes. Your body has dozens of functions that run on electricity which are supplied by minerals like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. If any one of these gets far enough out of balance in your body, you could have a heart attack, a stroke, fainting, diarrhea, coma, and death. So please be careful and be sure to drink other things besides water. And NO gatorade does NOT have enough electrolytes to sustain you if you are to do this super water cleanse. OJ, Pineapple juice, and V8 are the best. REAL JUICE not something that has 10% juice in it!! Again be careful!

Experts say that you should drink 8 glasses of water a day. Try replacing all other drinks with water. Pilates is a fun workout that yields fast results. You can check out a pilates or other workout dvd at your local library.

you would need 8oz of water a day and you should try the Shapeworks advanced program at www.HerbUrHealth.net If you are serious there are people that coach you until you lose all the pounds and inches you want. This is safe and you do not have to starve yourself.

Whatever you do, do NOT go on an all-water diet. It is SO tricky to do that, if you mess it up you will DIE from water poisoning!
