My attorney sent over the papers to relinquish my parental rights to my son. How long will it take for child suport to stop coming out of my check?

If your parternal rights are being relinquished so that the child can be adopted, as soon as the adoption is final but if its just to get out of child support, it may not effect it. From what I understand the judge and the mother have to agree to release you of your child support, even if you have signed away your rights

you have ruined a childs life. That child didnt ask for a dad like you. I am ashamed to even be typing to you.

you'll pay an atty but you wont pay to make sure your child has a good well-being.

you have to pay till the child is 18 even if you give up the rights it a new law just passed and why would you give up rights to him so sad

i hope he is in a loivng home with someone who won't gripe about supporting him financially
