The first thing you need to do is look into your heart and ask yourself if you trust him. If you do, then their's nothing you need to worry about. Just tell him how much you trust him and let him know that he can always be honest with you. If you don't trust him though, mabey you shouldn't be in the relationship to begin with.

The thing you've got to remember about most guys is that they're not as simple as you might think. Just because their attitude might begin to change, or they spend less time with you, or try to keep things private does not automatically mean that they're cheating. As I said, it all comes down to trust.

My tell tell sign was my intuition. That's the feeling you get in the pit of your stomach went things don't feel right. Also, some signs that I saw in my previous experience were the following:
1. Other things that aren't a priority become top priority. Ex. "I'll
come over after I leave the gym." When he hardley ever
worked out.
2. The phone calls & texts become scarce.
3. He doesn't want to go out as much as normal.
4. He stops inviting you to different functions.
5. He gets off the phone when another call comes in.
6. He doesn't care about your where-abouts.
7. He goes out with the boys at every chance he can get.

I hope this helps. But only you know what is normal for your guy and what isn't. My advise is to not do anything where it makes you look bad. Because that would give him a reason to break it off with you whether or not he was cheating on you. Examples: going through his personal things (cell, shoeboxes, drawers, email); stalking him (following him to the gym, club, job); and accusing him of cheating.

You answered your own question without even knowing. If you have to ask then you dint need to be in that relationship. That doesn't mean he is necessarily cheating but insecurities of some sort wont allow you to relax and enjoy the interaction but rather be torn and confused possibly. Even if it isn't that serious it is serious enough for you to pose a question regarding signs to look for that suggest cheating. Remember that even when nothing is there to find when you are on a search mission you are always guaranteed to find something. Even if it is all in your head! Just relax and what happens in the dark is eventually revealed in the light. Love without reservation and have confidence that you are doing the right thing and nothing but good can result from that.

Little things that he does everyday will change slightly. At first you will not think anything of it (everyone changes routine).
He'll start hiding things that were never hidden before, you'll start catching him in lies, might even start to get odd looks from mutual friends (the looks from them like "omg does she know?" and "I feel so sorry for her but its not my place to say anything")
If you ask him if he's cheating he will say no (every cheater will) just because he may look you in the eye and not even blink doesn't mean he isn't lying to you...some people are that damn good.

Go with your gut feelings, if your gut tells you that something isn't right, then LISTEN!! Chances are your gut is right and you should ditch him.....trust me, I know what I'm talking about

There are alot of ways that give signs of cheating:
hang ups (when you get the phone)
late nights (not coming home at all)
numbers in the pockets
excuses to run out
no affection at home
not falling asleep in your bed (maybe on the couch alot?)
lipstick smears on the collar
phone rings and he walks out of the room to talk
as I said there are so many ways to see if a man/woman is cheating...however the best way to find out is to ASK HIM! Look him/her in the eyes and see if when they answer they look you in the eyes. Or does he look away? If he looks away it is likely he is cheating. Or if he is overly defensive when you ask...Good luck...been there...

Well its easy to tell. He changes his dress code. Always home late. Always making excuses to be with da guys. Starts to put a lock pin number on his phone. Stores girlfriends tel numbers and save them under his friends name as Joe1 and Joe2. Comes home fully all the time meaning he just went out for dinner with the girl. Starts to be stingy towards you cause he spends money with the GF. Starts hiding his bank statement and creit card statements. His wallet is forever in his pockets, no longer puts it on the table with his keys when he comes home. Man r so obvious when they cheat.

Clear change in personality, aggression, blame and rudeness. Making you feel as though everything you do is wrong, disgusting and you never look or do anything good enough.
Nervousness, anxiety, lack of control in the bedroom and/or lack of desire in the bedroom.
Caught my ex cheating in my own home. Gut intincts told me, eyes provided facts and papers provided freedom.

Women have a natural ESP when it comes to telling if the guy is cheating! You get treated differently. Men are stupid when it comes to trying to hide their cheating. Just study his actions!

Your instinct serves you best. Without being jealous trust your instinct. The fact you are asking means you are getting warning signs. If there are gaps in unexplained absences, that's a big one. What are you seeing already. Why do you suspect something?

Guys are pretty dumb. First, they take a new self interest in "fitness" "going to the gym"...then work late, then volunteer blah blah blah, pretty much all together change. If you are asking the question, then your gut has already told you what you need to know. Go with your gut! Suprise him at the gym...offer to go along places you normally wouldn't, suprise him at the office etc. You won't bust him....he will bust himself.
