O.K., I used to have a zit on the corner of my mouth, so I was putting my acne stuff on it, then a day ago, it turned like a red spot, and it looks dry. I now have it on the other side of my mouth, also. How can I get rid of them? Are they rashes? Pleeze.... help.

These sound like Herpes simplex 1 or 2. You can try otc remedies. If they don't work, go get a prescription from you doctor. Valtrex, etc
P.S. 80% of the population has oral herpes, although many are not aware. They can be spread to another's genitals if oral sex is performed, especially during an outbreak.

sounds like a cold sore which is a virus and you have to let it run it's course.

if it's a heat rash, baby powder will suffice and it will vanish withing about 3-5 days.

It sounds like you have a couple of fever blisters. If they are fever blisters Abriva will help. If you ccan't afford that just keep them soft so they don't crack. You can use any lip balm, coco butter, even shortening to keep them soft.

My best advice is to have a dermatologist see you. These could be just what they call "aphtas" or they could be as serious as some kind of herpes or angular chelitis.

Check website provided to see photos and verify if any resembles what you are experiencing.

It's probably herpes simplex. (Not as horrible as it sounds). Try some Carmex.
