ok its week 3 of this eye contact in the halls. i've started to say hi here and there and he seems to not reject it, but only looks at me back. i wanted to know is this a good thing. why or why not? what should i do?

yes its a very good thing because eye contact is the beginning of a strong attraction.i say approach him but dont try to get with him just talk and get to know him if he likes what he sees and what he hears coming out of your mouth he'll make tha first move

Yes that's a start but if you want more of a reaction from him you either need to say more or do something else. How about changing your hair. Make eye contact with him, smile as you do it, hold it then drop it. The as you get closer to him, stop him and compliment him on something that he's wearing or his smile. If you want this guy then you need to go after him before he ends up walking the halls with someone else.

ok not to burst your bubble but looking at you, and liking you are two totally diffrent things...he could just be polite...most people usually aknowledge others when spoken to
