The first sign is that you are asking this question to begin with. If you have suspicions then there is probably something going on. Has his habits changed lately? Staying out late, not spending as much time with you, refraining from sex, or making excuses for little things. Has he started working out alot or went on a diet or the tanning bed? Sometimes a guy just wants to look nice for himself or his girl, but if he is trying to improve on his appearance and changing the way he is treating you.....well, then there might be a problem. I would ask him up front and be honest about how you feel and why. If he gets overly upset or makes you feel guilty for asking, then that is another sign. If you had suspicions he should console you and assure you that there is no one in his life other than you. If he gets mad then he is defending himself by making you feel bad about asking. Hope everything works out and good luck!!

You will notice a difference in their actions towards you.
The once "non-jealous" boyfriend will all of the sudden be very interested in what your doing, who your seeing, etc. Or the very "attentive" boyfriend will start paying less attention to you, because of reasons like he's "busy".
Another sign would be his clothing style. Is he getting dressed up more than usual? Putting cologne on "just because"?
More than any of these, go with your gut reaction.
You asked the question for a reason, right?

I had a cheating husband....they become distant, sneaky (ie texts or calls that they'll leave the room for), and just not themselves. If you think he's cheating confront him and try to find the truth. If he is cheating leave him....the saying is true, "Once a cheater, always a cheater", or so I have found out...the hard way....

Buying new clothes, underwear than he normally does. Shaving doen there, when you know he wouldnt do it when you've asked him to in the past, especially when you arent having sex together anymore. Always hanging out with his 'boys/friends'. Those are a few I can think of right now, in addition to some that have been suggested. Goodluck!
