jog until you dont think you can go any longer and then push yourself an extra 30 sec or min or another 1/10 of a mile or so (easy if running on a treadmill). also lifting light weights will help tone up and tighten everything.

Eck! Sorry... that's about a 30 pound loss, so it is not going to happen!

Slow down. You did not gain 3 sizes in 30 days, so realize it is not going to come off in 30 days either. One size would be a tremendous (and do-able) accomplishment.

Start off with a good Couch to 5K program. Both sites below have programs. You really need to pace yourself to avoid injury when it comes to running. Build up - you don't want to bite off more than you can chew, and burn out. This is a habit that you should develop over time.

Remember, exercise is half the puzzle. The other is to eat a well-balanced, calorie restricted diet.

Good luck, and I'm sure that if you are one size smaller by April 1st, you will still be proud of what you have accomplished.

For a woman, it usually works out to be on average 10lbs per size. Meaning for every 10lbs you lose you should go down a size. I don't have experience with this for people who have a lot more to lose, but in my weight loss experience this was true.

So you are saying you want to lose about 30lbs in 30 days? Hate to tell you that that isn't healthy, and if you are just jogging it's not going to happen. Try to set your goals to about 2lbs a week...which is healthy and a lot more realistic. Not only excercising, cardio from jogging for at least 30 minutes a day will greatly increase this...as well as cutting back your calorie intake.

Start off with about 15-20 min of jogging at a time. Anymore and it will likely be too much too soon, which will result in you quitting.

30 days is a pretty short time period for losing that kind of weight. Maybe make your goal a little more realistic and you will be more likely to keep the weight off in the long run. Good luck.

first u really have to take a decision that u r going to work hard for this because truthfully there are no shortcuts to weight loss, exercise n good diet r sure ways of loosing weight. i suggest during weekdays u should jog for 2 hours n weekends 4 hours tops. secondly cut down on the amount amount of food u eat,u don't have to give up ur favorites but just eat them in less amounts.
