Hi, I want to lost about 25-30 lbs more. Lost 32 since last July. Does anyone have a good diet to recommend? Can anyone give me the basics of the Fat Smash Diet and what to do the first 9 days? Share your thoughts. Thanks.

Never heard of the Fat Smash diet.

I lost 20 pounds in 4 months the old fashioned way. Calorie counting, eating a well-balanced diet, drinking water, and taking up running.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Most likely, you need to change your eating habits. Not just eat less, but eat healthy. I've tried several products and I like the diet patch best. I was 240lbs...6'1 male. Now I'm 200lbs. I lost the bulk of my weight in the first 3 months. But it wasn't all the diet patch. I used it just to help me change my habits. It helps with cravings during the day, and boosts energy. I used it for 3 months so I could change my habit of snacking all the time. I'd suggest the same for you if you snack or find yourself hungry all the time. It's great to use for a few months while you start your diet. Try www.dietpatchbargains.com
