I go in to work at 7:30 am and i leave at 3:15 and head for the gym. The problem is that after all that I tend to get in slump with serious exhaustion and find myself eating alot. I usually fall asleep and then am too tired and full to prepare or eat dinner. This is throwing off my whole evening and my diet. i eat healthy all day and then blow it later. I need to know what are some good foods that i can eat at around 2:30p(right before I leave work) that will give me lasting energy and hunger suppression for the remainder of the afternoon. I tried Cortislim and I was still hungry and tired.

Sounds like you have the 3 o'clock slump. Try snacking on some protein-rich foods, like nuts, sunflower seeds or even dairy, like yogurt or cottage cheese, or anything with soy in it, even protein bars. Try drinking a glass of water (8oz) if you feel hunger pains, could be that's all you need.

I usually go to work at 6:00 a.m. and leave at around 4:30.

I am already worn out all afternoon after eating lunch, and its funny because when I hit the gym after work, it wakes me up, and although I might be a bit worn out when I get home, I usually am not that hungry (working out pretty much shuts down my hunger triggering mechanism or something). After I relax for a bit, I usually eat something for dinner.

I come from the school of thought that says as long as you work out regularly, then you can pretty much eat whatever you want. As far as energy is concerned, you might need to make sure you are getting enough vitamins and protein. Especially if you work out really hard - you have to feed your body.

It sounds like your doing great on your diet. Maybe add a couple of snacks between meals. This will keep your metabolism going and stop with the hunger pains. All the best.

Try some energy bars from GNC, and then have a protein shake after the gym. They have a good selection, and can also guide you down the right path. Don't know about Cortislim. I don't think it would work in your situation.
