Keep her hydrated. Weak tea, gatorade, soda (no caffiene) with ice to water it down. SMALL sips. Then if that stays down then start on a BRATY diet:
Bananas, helps restore the K+
Rice
Apples
Toast
Yogurt (this one should be last since dairy can make things worse)
Broth is another good source as well as crackers. Start small if this stays down a lean chicken breast (baked)
Keep her rested. Use LOTS of cleaning agents to prevent the spread of the illness. This stuff can stay in the GI tract for a couple of weeks, so clean the toilets, (and everything in the bathroom esp. tooth brushes) hands, phone, door knobs, etc. Calling your M.D. for an anti-emetic can help, or you can use OTC motion sickness meds. This stuff is serious though so if she can't keep fluids down, get her to a hosptial ASAP. A friend that I work with just lost her sister due to this bug due to dehydration effecting her heart condition. Good luck and I said a prayer for you and your family.

That sucks!! It usually has to run it's course to get it out, but there are helpful things that may work. Having ginger tea (real ginger root is best) helps settle a quesy tummy. Also make sure she stays hydrated with gatorade or something like it with electrolites. Just water won't cut it because her body needs to absorb a lot of nutrients to get better. Breaking a sweat can also help get the flu virus out, so keep bundled and bring on the chicken broth. Good luck!!
