Yesterday at my psychiatric day treatment program, a lady was snapping her gum really loud, & I asked her politely to stop, & she got ignorant with me & made a big scene & started threatening me. So later she started doing it again, on purpose, just to provoke me to want to fight her, but instead, I told the staff, & the staff blamed me, like I was the problem. I was so upset that I had to take a Klonopin & talk to my friend & the Crisis Hotline about it, & I STILL couldn't get any sleep last night, thinking about the heated argument.

I'm sorry people are so vain and stupid toward others. They will get theres in the end, but we don't get front seats to watch. Don't think I want to considering what they're going to get. Try to ignore them and when you can excuse yourself - go meditate alone. Remember you ARE a good person and THEY cannot change that. Do NOT lower yourself to them by arguing or even 'telling on them' because obviously the trainers are just as stupid and vain as the clients!!! I'm a secretary for therapists so I can say that!

You just have to ignore people like that. If you ever have kids, you'll learn to tune out plenty of annoying noises. Consider yourself lucky that you have enough self-control to be polite, etc., and she doesn't-- clearly, she's not on the same playing field as you:) Hope you got some sleep-- it's in the past now, there's nothing else to think about, just decide what you'll do if it happens again.

Initially, she probably did not do this to annoy you. Later however, there is no question that it was intentional.
May be a fun thing to to when alone, but rude and unnecessary when others are around.
Stop thinking about the argument and focus on pleasant things when trying to get to sleep, like walking along a sunny beach.
The situation is not worth it.

i do no longer think of so. even in spite of the undeniable fact that various tauruses have the skill to get offended and violent whilst provoked, maximum tauruses are very look after in themselves and extremely protective of those they love, no count if or no longer it incredibly is relatives, pals, or substantial others. tauruses are this style of those that make others experience secure around them because of the fact they very own one among those good yet style character. yet, i assume it fairly relies upon on the guy and their upbringing. no count what their sign is, if somebody has anger subject concerns and lack of self assurance interior of themselves they're lots extra possibly to triumph over their spouses.

Yes. I've run into a few people like that. I think most of them just want attention--and negative attention for bad behavior, to them, is better than nothing.
The best thing to do, IMHO, is ignore them. If you ignore them, eventually they WILL go away and leave you alone.

Since you asked politely and she still acted inbred then you should just ignore her. She was a complete waste of time.
