The capitol of Belgium is the dome-like structure on top of the Justice Palace on one of the highest points of Brussels. Actually it is quite similar to the Capitol on Capitol Hill in Washington.
If by any chance you are interested in the capital of Belgium, that would be Brussels, Bruxelles, Brussel.

I think you mean the capital, which is Brussels in english (Brussel in dutch and Bruxelles in french, as both of these last two languages are spoken there).
But Albert is right and the capitol is a very nice building there. However the Atomium is much nicer, in my opinion!

Brussels (French: Bruxelles, pronounced [bʁysɛl], and sometimes bʁyksɛl by non-Belgian speakers of French; Dutch: Brussel, pronounced [ˈbrɵsəɫ]; German: Brüssel, pronounced [brʏsəl]) is the capital of Belgium, of Flanders (consisting of both the Flemish Community and the Flemish Region) and of the French Community of Belgium, and as it is the headquarters of most of the European Union's institutions, is considered the de facto capital of Europe.
