Wow it doesn't sound like you need to lose any weight! If you are going to try, go for a pound a week, not 5 pounds in just more than 2 weeks. Exercise more and eat less.

On a healthy fat loss plan you should not lose more than 1.5-2 pounds per week. You may be retaining some water and can flush that out by cutting back on the high starch foods, salty foods, drinking more water and getting a little exercise. DO NOT TAKE DIURETICS. They can be very dangerous.

just go one a week. eating healthy foods is good for you and helps you lose weght if your body needs to lose weight. Excercise is another way to help lose weight, if you eat right and excercise once a day for, say ten minutes a day. You will get fit an dlose weight, again if needed.

your 113 and you want to lose 5. Just go vegetarian once you stop eating meat your body will eat any fat content it has and you can also exercise.
