Unfortunately like most things in religion (even evolutionism and yes that is a religion) require something in common. That is faith. Sorry i can't help you out any further.

what's all this ridiculous obsession with proof - there is no proof that anything exists. I cannot prove that this computer exists - it might just be a big dream.

So how can you even think of proving that heaven and hell exist. The closest you can get is that it seems to make some sense...

the best suggestion i can give is to have a look at all the different ideas of what there is - heaven and hell, reincarnation, nothing, we all go back to god... and analyse how sensible they seem and what it would seem to mean for the nature of god and the world.

When you have done all that then you can say that one of them seems more logical than the others - but it is still nothing like proof.

You can also see if you can find mystics who claim to have explored the other realms and know these things - there are some, but not easy to find. And you can ask them what the truth is. They will tell you what they think, but you still have to decide whether to believe them or not...

There is ZERO evidence for all the following things:

GODS
SOULS
GHOSTS
HEAVEN
HELL
AFTERLIFE
ANY SUPERNATURAL PHENOMENON

All of the above things are fairytales. SInce there is no evidence for them, there is nothing more to say. If someone presents something they consider evidence, that should be refuted easily. (trees are evidence that trees exist, humans are evidence that humans exist, the universe is evidence that the universe exists, ect)
