I recommend you have a lifestyle change instead of trying to diet. I have lost 50+ pounds by changing how I think about food. First of all a big tip is to only eat fruit for breakfast. For example I eat either 2 apples, or 2 oranges, or 2 bananas, a bunch of grapes and I drink water with that. Drinking water will change your whole body trust me. Don't drink soda or other junk like coffee and tea. Only water and 100% juice. I drink at least 1 gallon of water per day. You will find that you will be less hungry and your skin will be healthier. For lunch I usually have a turkey, or tuna, or chicken (grilled) sandwich, chips and water. Those Campbell's chunky soups are great as well. Between breakfast and lunch it is okay to munch on another fruit or nuts or popcorn(w/o butter and lightly salted). I also avoid buffets for it is too tempting to overeat. Now I can go to a buffet but I limit myself to two plates and that's it. I also usually eat a light dinner with Morningstar meatless products. I also stay away from red meat and pork. I usually only eat chicken and fish. It is okay to indulge once a week on pizza, hamburger, tacos, etc but don't stuff yourself and make sure it is only once a week sort of like an award for eating right. Plus it kills the cravings. I used to think I needed to eat all the time but I found that I just was bored, nervous or wanting to do something so I just ate. I have come to realize during those times that it is just as easy to get out and run, call my friends, do homework, etc to fill that void. I also work out 3-4 times per week for at least 30 minutes. I would say it is nearly impossible to lose your desired weight loss goal without exercising. I usually run 3 times a (MWF) week for at least 1/2 an hour. Then I lift weights and run on Saturdays. I have noticed that with that regimen I feel so much healthier and I no longer crave junk food and my mind is very focused. Hope this helps. I hope you understand what I mean by lifestyle change.

Hey hang in there...but about the love handles, stand up, feet apart (about shoulder width about) using a basketball or small ball around the house (light), twist to the left and hold - then front and hold tightly- then to the right REPEAT "till you feel the burn" ..with this in mind use the ball as if you just caught the ball at that angle. You may also want to try setting down too, knees bent, same stuff. It really works!

You cannot spot reduce not matter how hard you try. Your body will naturally store fat where it chooses to. You have to increase your metabolism to lose fat all over. Once you do you will melt those love handles away. Increase your weight lifting exercises and include sprints in your cardio. The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism will be. Look at the foods you are eating. Stay away from high glycemic foods (white rice, white bread, potatoes, sugars, alcohol, etc) and focus on lean protein and high fiber vegetables. www.glycemicindex.com/

My first suggestion is to get a physique fat tester. you're fairly attempting to lose fat, no longer weight. My 2nd suggestion is don't be complicated on your self...the slower the weightloss, the extra possibly you're to maintain the burden off. My 0.33 suggestion is to take a stable complicated seem at your ingesting conduct...the foremost to dropping weight is stable ingesting conduct...the foremost to maintaing your weight is workout. stable ingesting conduct are a could desire to. my fourth suggestion is to up the intensity of your workout, which burns extra energy and provides extra muscle. additionally, make certain you do the two varieties of workout: aerobics and power, so as which you do no longer shortchange your self on any reward. Congrats, however, on being waiting to adhere with it for this long already. remarkable.
