No, neutering won't stop it from happening, but it probably will reduce how often it happens.

Get your dog neutered anyway. It's a responsible thing to do, since you won't be adding to the huge overpopulation of dogs in North America. A neutered dog also tends to be less aggressive, less likely to roam, and less likely to mark everything. It also takes away the chance of getting certain diseases, like prostate cancer and others.

It might. But then it might not. I am reminded of my friend's neutered great dane. One day I looked over at him where he sat in my friend's car on a hot (we were standing outside the car talking just before he was leaving). There was his great dane, panting in the passenger seat with it all hanging out LOL. My neutered male rarely shows his (but he was that way even before he was neutered). My intact male pees with the tip out (I guess it keeps him from getting the pee on himself LOL).

I think some of it has to do with personality and habit rather than hormones. When we catch one of our males with it out, we tell them to put it away so training can help some too.

Yes most of the time. Many of the dogs I have had this has helped but it depends on the situation on when they are doing this. Many times it will come out when they have a bowel movement and this should be expected. Although, generally it will reduce its tip poking out.

I don't think neutering him will help with that. My old dog was neutered and from time to time, he would pop out too. But neutering is always a good idea unless you have a purebred with excellent breed standards that you plan on showing.

most likely not, neutering removes the hangers but leaves the dangler in place and many dogs pop out with excitement and it doesnt have to be sexual excitement.neutering is good for calming dogs down in some cases but can lead to them being lazy and overweight in some cases.

No, dogs let it 'hang out' when they are excited or relaxed, neutering will make no difference.

Neutering will help but won't make "it" go away all together. LOL
