I have an old girl who refuses to eat raw chicken. She will literally give it a sniff and turn up her nose.

I also have a male who feels the same way about raw beef bones, the dork!

So, yes, I think it's possible for dogs to have different tastes. Their taste buds may not be as well developed as ours, but there has to be something about it that they don't like!

Some dogs just do not like raw food, the same as others don't like other types of food. They are all different.

Of course they can ! My one dog hates tripe witha passion he makes such a scene..lol while my other dogs love it. not every dog likes raw foods, dogs like people have there own likes and dislikes.. (one dog at our shelter hates hats!!! everytime it see's a hat it goes crazy) In my store i sell a variety of foods (holistic)including raw and some of my clients dogs/cats do not like the raw diet.... (we DO NOT sell spolied meat) it just depends on the doggie cause he has his own tastes and not every dog likes the same things..
hope this helps you!!!

All the dogs I've met find raw fresh meats very tasty. I've never had a healthy dog turn away fresh meat. Perhaps the meat you offered was spoiled or had a bad scent.

My dog does. Likening the facial behaviors to new-to-sushi is so true. She likes ground meat. Maybe her mouth hurts. I think it is the texture. Like sushi.

Dogs have different tastes as well. That could very well be possible. Give your dog a taste test to see what it prefers.
