Well you can go on a water diet which is strictly like fruit juices or tea and water, or you can go on a fruit and vegetable diet, and at least work at three times a week no lower than that. but the key of losing weight is that you have to be consistent all the time, don't be doing any free tasters cause we all do it. Just bake all of your food, no soda, no sugar, no salt, oils, not alot of cheese, but for the water diet it is sort of dangerous cause you go with out eating for two weeks but its training your appetite . So keep in mind of all this!!!!!

Exercise is pivotal, but so is a strict diet. It's not so much eating less, it's what you eat. Stay away from processed foods, soda, sweets, and anything greasy. And be sure to run. I run 2 and 1/2 miles a day just for cardio health.

Eat a lot of green foods and fruits and veggies. Dont eat too mush meat. Eat portioned meals and drink water instaed of soda and stuff. Good Luck

Maybe you need to bone up on proper eating habits and nutrition. Often times so many people have the right intent but lack the knowledge as to how to execute their plan. Eating the right foods at proper times is key to sucess as well as excersize and sleep.

The two important things are input and output. Input is how much and what kinds of food you eat and output is how many calories you burn moving around and exercising. So minimize input and maximize output to lose weight.

eat at least 1200 calories per day and no more than 1300. Spread it out over 5 meals per day. So if you can eat 250 calories per meal that will work perfect.

I think you shouldnt buy high fatty and calorie foods. Also, try to eat as much fruit when u get hungry. Dont have dessert for a while, once and a while, treat yourself

do you have a wieght watchers club in your area..they are really good they can help you plan out your week an whats best to eat and exercises..i lost a stone an a half in 8 weeks when i went..good luck x

See a nutritionist. Its probably covered by insurance if you have it. Jenny Craig has actually helped alot of my friends too. It comes with training and counseling if you order the program.
