Simple. Just be there for her. She'll appreciate that.

Just tell her you'll be there for her, know it's difficult but she is needing to make sometime for herself and you. If her nan needs her care almost all the time this is not right as if no other family members she would be entitled to some form of care. Also hard on her that her mum and stepfather are on the verge of splitting up but that shouldn't stop her from seeing you.

She certainly is loaded with lifes issues at present. I would give her the space to enableher to get a better handle on the situation. Explain that you will give her the space and that you are never more than a phone call away should she need to speak toyou. Also you could post a few 'thinking of you cards' perhaps every other day for a week or two - let her know you are serious about how you feel. After say two weeks, I would review the situation...hold on in their for yourself also.

ur gf going thro a hard time but just give her some space for the time being. however not too much she needs to no u care about her treat her with her favourite things chocolate, flowers or a photo frame with sweet pictures of both of u together sharing good fun times. something to remind her of your relationship which would remind her of u her bf.

Offer to help her take care of her aunt. Take her out to eat after an exhausting day. Be understanding and do not pressure her too much.
