Body part splits are overrated and for the general population and begginners total body workouts 3 days a week yeild much faster and more productive results.

If you have access to a gym you would just need to focus on the major lifts of squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, rows, overhead presses, bench press, dips. Many of these can be done with dumb bells and other things if your limited on equipemnt but will yeild Lots of results quickly since they are the Core compound movements that work your entire body.

you can actually do muscle excercises while watching tv or sitting down. just by tensing up whatever muscles your working on and holding your muscles tense for about a minute or two, then release and keep doing it whenever you have time. you dont even have to get up for it. but if you really want results you need to try weight training, if its for your arms. if its your arms, you could also try doing handstands or something that will put pressure on them. it doesnt matter what your doing as long as you can feel the burn in your muscles and you feel it in the right place!

crunches, lunges and pushups are the keys. I'd say do about 20 of each every day for two weeks and increase each week afterwards.
