my guy and i are going to Puerto rico..now we made reservation for a hotel there..for $915..our airlines ticket has to be purchased separately..but now that i am checking other website i see hotel plus tickets are cheaper to purchased together..do you guys think its best that way..this is my first time traveling so i am not sure.....

package deals are the cheaper option on the internet but be very carefull as not all sites are the real deal even tho they look right it doesnt mean they are a friend lost money doing on to what looked like a popular site!! make sure airport tax insurance etc is included you should also ring up a travel agent and ask for prices that way too alot of the time they check the internet for you and at least youhave something to fakll back on if there are any problems!! Have a great time!

It's hard to give you an answer...for one, you dont mention length of stay or hotel you are staying.... So all depends where you staying at and for how long. I agree with first answer above... package deals are cheaper than separate. I would not come here without first having a hotel reservation at least for one night.... Best of luck.

purchase the tickets seperately. Chances are when you get here, you will find better deals on hotels. When I first moved here, we stayed in the middle of Old San Juan for $285 nightly. Of course, there are cheaper places, if you know where to look
