Just some suggestion or ideas would be great! ^^
I have raspberries, strawberries, bananas, plain reduced fat yogurt, brown and white sugar, whipped crème, flour, wow the list goes on but give me some ideas for a dessert, I'll probably have the ingredients so you don't have to worry about that as long as it does not include chocolate chips or any type of candy.

Strawberry Cake

white cake mix
strawberry gelatin dessert (small - remove and reserve 2 tablespoons)
1 cup thawed strawberries (or 1 cup fresh sweetened)
4 eggs
1/3 cup water
2/3 cups oil

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients well. Bake in three greased and floured pans for 25 minutes (test for doneness with toothpick). Cool layers.

Icing:
3 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter melted
¾ cups thawed (or fresh sweetened) strawberries
2 tablespoons gelatin dessert (left from layers)

Melt butter, add sugar, strawberries and gelatin dessert. Bring to a bubble boil, stirring constantly until consistency to spread. Remove from heat and spread between layers and over cake. Place whole strawberries on top of cake.

OR


Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

During the baking a cake layer forms on top and a rich chocolate sauce appears on bottom. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream.

1 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
3 tablspoons plus 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tp vanilla
1 2/3 cup hot water
Powdered sugar (optional)

Mix bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tbs cocoa in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour on water. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 40 minutes or until top is firm. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve at once in bowl with sauce spooned over cake. Make 6 servings.




Pineapple Whip Cream Cake

No. 2 can crushed pineapple (2 ½ cups)
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
2 layers white cake (cake mix) prepared per package directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Make the 2 layer cake from a mix or using your favorite recipe. When cool, split one layer in half horizontally, making 2 layers out of one. Put one half on plate; spread with pineapple filling. Top with whole layer, top with more filling, top with final layer and put remainder of filling in the center of top of cake, leaving about 1 ½ inches around edge for frosting.

Whip Cream Frosting:

In saucepan, add 4 tbs flour and 1 cup milk Cook and stir constantly, until thick. Cool. Cream 1 cube oleo (imperial margarine) and ½ cup shortening together. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Cream together. Mix all together on high speed on mixer.
Frost remainder of cake with frosting (sides and top edge). If more frosting is desired it can be added between the layers as well.

Make a parfait type thing with the fruit and the yogurt & whipped cream. Just layer it in pretty bowls or glasses...

Mmmm, a nice frozen sorbet.
Run the fruits through your blender, add enough yoghurt to help and sugar to taste, blend till smooth.
Pour into individual serving dishes and freeze.
Serve topped with whipped cream.

Assorted Berry Tort or Cheesecake

-EASY CHERRY ANGEL FOOD DESSERT-
1 angel food cake
1 can Comstock cherry pie filling
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sm.)
Break 1/2 cake into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 cherry filling over cake. Repeat with remaining cake and cherries. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cake. Chill overnight. Serve with topping of Cool Whip or whipped cream. Serves 12.
VARIATION FOR LEMON DESSERT:
Mix together:
Juice of 4 lemons
Grated rind of 2 lemons
1/2 c. sugar
Add 1 can condensed milk and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Whip 1 pint cream and fold into lemon mixture. Break 1/2 angel food cake in to 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour half cream mixture over cake. Repeat. Pat down gently. Cover with coconut (optional). Refrigerate overnight.



-BANANAS FOSTER-
4 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 bananas, peeled and cut into quarters
3 tablespoons Myer's rum
1/4 cup banana flavored liquor
8 oz container Banilla yogurt
At least 2 hours before preparation, place yogurt container in freezer. 20 minutes before preparation, remove yogurt from freezer to sit at room temperature.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and add cinnamon, bananas, and banana liquor.

Cook over medium heat approximately 3 minutes, or until bananas begin to soften.

Serve spooned over the yogurt.

Remove from stove, and pour the rum over the bananas. Flambe (ignite using a fireplace match) holding away from yourself - adults only!) Flames will disappear when alcohol evaporates.

-JELLO RIBBON SALAD-
4 flavors gelatin - 3 oz. ea.
4 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
2 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. milk
2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Choose 4 packages gelatin (2 red and 2 blue for red, white and blue or flavors that blend together - you be the judge).
Mix 1 package gelatin in 1 cup hot water and add 1/2 cup cold water. (Do this four times - once for each package.) Set aside.

Mix 2 packages Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Add 2 cups hot milk. Add to this the mixture of sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.

Starting with the gelatin layer and alternating with cream mixture, layer in clear 8 1/2 x 11 inch dish. Let each layer set for 1/2 hour before adding next layer.


-FROZEN STRAWBERRY MERINGUE TORTE-
Graham cracker crust
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
4 c. strawberries, sliced
2 egg whites
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
Place 2 cups of berries in a large bowl. Refrigerate the rest. Add sugar, egg whites, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt; beat on low speed to blend, then on high until peaks form when the beaters are lifted, 15 minutes. In another bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks appear; fold whipped cream into the berry mixture. Pour into crust. Use 10 inch pan and arrange strawberry halves on top. Cover and freeze until firm, 12 hours.

mix the yogurt with all the fruit and then top it off with cool whip.
