In order for a cat to have rabies it would have had to be in direct contact with and be infected by an animal that already has rabies. (Cats fighting with raccoons or skunks) and not have a current rabies vaccine. There must be direct saliva to wound contact. The rabies virus dies very quickly outside of the body.

You could take your cat to the vet but there is no test for rabied. They start foaming out the mouth and very agressive.
