Christians know that Jesus will rule over the new world

The Kingdom of God is not a place where Jesus rules. Jesus told us where the Kingdom lies:

Luke 17:20: Jesus said:

The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Each of us holds the Kingdom of God within waiting to be discovered by following the teachings of Jesus.

Jesus doesn't rule squat, God rules the heavens, Jesus is by his side. If you're into that. And its much more of a communistic dictatorship than a democracy.

Jesus was a good man whose message was altered by greedy homophobic men who desired to control the ignorant. Jesus taught about enlightenment. Jesus does not "rule" anywhere!
