I love running
What I like about running is that if you go to your fullest speed it feels incredible. When your at a track meet your running and it makes you feel good when your in the front of everybody and just pull out straenght from everywhere to keep it up. And if you are not winning you do the same thing to get in the front and it feels incredible when you pass that person.

I like to run. I do it during two hours each day except on week-end (I prefer going for a walk with the family... or doing any other sport). Running gives me the sensation to be free... it liberates my mind and it is as if my whole body was lighter.
Running is really a good thing for me, it has changed my life and my body say "thank you !"... I must say that I didn't like to run before... in fact I didn't like any sport... but it is past, I am a whole new sporty person who takes care about her body and mind !

I love to run-as to why I love it, I don't entirely know. Maybe it's the satisfaction of finishing an 8 mile run and knowing that I'm going to be happy all day. Maybe it's running in 30 degree weather and freezing, but being happy. Only a true runner knows why she runs; basically, I'm saying that I can't explain why I love running, because I just do.

What in the world? Why do you care? Well, I guess I might as well answer anyways.....sometimes I like running if it's for a good cause such as a diabetes or breast cancer walk (and yes I have participated in walks such as this before), but other than that I usually don't like to run. Sometimes in the summer when it's nice outside but other than that no.

lots of people! i love it! but cross country and distances are far better then sprinting!
its a great way to keep fit, almost every sport includes it such as hockey, football, rugby, netball cricket etc etc. you can join a club and its a greaet social event, more people should get involved, there are great championships for it! people often just think of it as hard work and boring and yes its hard work to reach the top i run 5miles a day usually, but not since november as i have runers knees =( give it a chance!

When I was younger, I used to run all the time... I even won a few small races and have a couple of first and second place age group trophys as well.

But nowadays... I would be lucky if I didnt drop dead in 3 blocks if I tried to run...

Ah.... well... maybe one day I will be back in that kind of shape again... I miss not being able to do that...

Oooo, give me a chilly early morning in some private woodland and I LOVE running! Just not in public and not right now because I need confidence to do it and I don't have that at the moment unfortunately!
