I think he should, to keep himself motivated to train harder during the winter. But from what I've seen of him, I'd say he's a better track runner than he is at running Cross (on account of the Senior Men's Cross races being 8km upwards), and at the moment, his optimum distance is clearly 5,000m.

when its cross c seson do cross country but when its track do 3000m hes every good
