Kinda single means we may be seeing someone but are still looking.

Most of the time it means that they aren't tied down to one single person. Then again they may just want a bootie call every once in awhile, we do that to you know.

It means they have someone but there not interested in that person so if you want to go home and have sex then thats fine cause I dont care for the other person..

She is seeing someone already but it isn't serious
She is undecided about whether she wants a serious relationship with you.
