I heard that you cannot build muscle without it, and I go to the gym on average 3 times per week, and haven't been seeing much improvement since I started last year in september. I am 6.1 and can bench about 155 max. When I started I couldn't even bench half of that. I can curl about 50 pds with reps, and 60 pds max. My body looks the same (it did improve in size mass a bit) as when I started, I just feel a little stronger. Sometimes I see people smaller in size than me who can bench more. Im just frustrated becuase I am not building much muscle and I have been attending the gym almost half of the days per week and do not see many results. I was in the mind frame of building muscle naturally, but now I am starting to see why they are so many muscle enhancing drugs. Help me.
