The main thing is to keep hydrated, even if you don't feel like drinking just sip some water. Or try and eat or drink something with ginger in it, helps with the sick feeling. Hot water bottle to ease the tummy pain too. Get well soon

If you haven't eaten anything because you feel sick, not the other way around, it sounds like a stomach bug - try to wait it out. You are right not to take painkillers on an empty stomach. The most important thing is to get re-hydrated asap so focus on trying to drink water - add sugar to it if you can, fruit juice dehydrates you even more so is not a good idea. If you are not feeling better tomorrow or if your stomach pain gets really bad and you can't keep anything down phone a dr or nhs24 / nhs direct - phone your gp and the emergency number will be on the ans machine. Failing this if the pain is really bad get to hospital, if nessecary through 999.
Hope you feel better soon xx

Drink plenty of water to get your bowels and bladder going. After a while if you find you can't go to the toilet then you may have a bladder infection. Or you should try eating even though you feel sick. You may find that it could be hunger strangely enough. But again, if you can't pass a stool, you are going to need to see your GP with a urine sample. Have you just finished your period or is it due? Sometimes you can feel sick when your womb is getting clear. Just drink water and try to eat something. If it persists, see your GP and if there if you can't wait for an appointment I suggest you go to casualty if there is no other way of seeing a doctor.

You probably feel sick because you havent eaten. Your body is going into starvation mode so pretty much your body is eating itself. Eat something, or atleast drink a lot of water

make certain you as a rule get common exercising, loss of it makes cramps harm extra. in basic terms reason you will not be able to swallow pills is considering which you panic, the pills are tiny. settle down "guy up" and swallow them with a great sort of water you would be high-quality. consume very small quantities contained in the direction of the day and no fruit which makes you bloated in basic terms dry stuff and you'd be ok.

My son had similar symptoms earlier this week - could be a bug going round.
He forced himself to eat, a little and often, just plain foods like toast and although he says his stomach still doesn't feel right, he's a lot better now.

Drink flat lemonade, it will keep your sugar levels up while rehydrating you. My doctor recommended it to me when i had the ups and downs last time and it fixed me in about 2 hours. Good luck xx

You probably need to eat!
If you're not eating because you are ill try some plain boiled rice, or mashed potato, keep it plain.
