Good stuff: Fish, fish, fish. White meat of turkey and chicken. Leafy dark green vegetables. fresh fruits, brown rice, whole grains, seeds and nuts (walnuts and almonds. The others are high in fat). Egg substitute. Cod liver oil, olive and corn oils. Soy products. Buy organic as much as possible.

Bad stuff: Sugar, salt, red meat, whole dairy products such as butter, cheese, milk (non-fat OK) eggs. Fast food , fried food, pastries and cookies, chocolate (sorry, high in unsaturated fat).
