I take the "One a day" mens health multi vitamin. It's not from a health store, you can get them at any grocery store. I'm trying to eat less, excercise more, etc... Are the vitamin's I'm taking good enough? Thanks.

Most over the counter multi-vitamins only have the minimum daily requirements. Your body may need extra vitamins and minerals to keep healthy. This is especially true when you are eating less and exercising more. Go to a natural health food store or supplement store, find a book about nutrition, and learn what your body needs.

Hi JJ,
I would suggest taking the "Mega Mens" multi Vitamin from GNC. They have over 85 different qulaity checks and what is says on the outside of the bottle is exactly what will be on the inside of the bottle. Great great multi!! 2 per day with dinner
