use T-gel its a really good product for severe dandruff and sirisus (however u spell it) the first time you use it..you can feel it working and eventually your head will stop itching in about 2 days..ive been using it and its great..head and shoulders sucks!..lol...hope it works :)

While you are in the shower use a good bristle brush to brush your scalp and loosen the dandruff, then shampoo it out...
