It certainly tastes better in my tea than plain sugar does. Wondering if there is any additional nutritional benefit. Does anybody know?

It's the lessor of the 2 evils, but in the end sugar is sugar and the body still has to break it down. Having a little honey in your tea is fine.

It's nature's antibiotic. Refined white sugar is empty calories with very little nutritional value. If you can quit sugar altogether, you will find yourself healthier and happier.
