That would be me. I did not marry my son's father. You know what? We are doing just fine.

Birdsflie, I have to repent for being a single parent??? that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard!!! To answer the question, I don't believe in hell, if there was a god/goddess he/she would give an award to single parents because its really difficult and challenging! But the best job in the world, but very tough! They would be commended, not sent to hell.

I used to ask this all the time on a message board where people were always harping on how HORRIBLE it is to deny a child both a mother and a father. Then again, those people were trying to argue against same sex parenting, but still... are people REALLY saying that single parenting is a high crime??

Nope.(God's decision, not mine) But it's certainly a lot harder to raise a child as a single parent. It's tough raising kids, even in a two parent household.

Not Big Creed, but I'll answer anyway..
No. The blunt answer is that those who have not accepted Jesus as their saviour are going to hell.

It all depends on wht cause that ingle parent, If they rpent, no, they will not go to hell, but just as everyone else, we all have to repent & Be baptized in Jesus Christ Name & receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. There is no other ways, period.

In a Christian's eyes, yes. This is why I turned my back on the Catholic church.

Not necessarily.
Single or married, we all need to repent and be saved.
And the good news is that we all have the opportunity to do so.
