Suck it up and be honest.
It may end your relationship, but you are responsible for your actions. It may not end your relationship, and wouldn't it be better to have a relationship based on trust and honesty in the long run.

There is nothing else that you can do if your girlfriend already knows what happened. The best thing for you to do is just move on. I'm not trying to judge you or anything but you should have thought about that before you pulled it out. And if the girl you slept with slept with you she knew what she was doing as well but that's what happens when you cheat. Sorry I hope this was a learning experience for you. Good luck in the future.

The question is why did you have sex with another woman knowing that you had a girlfriend, and since they know each other then you know you have a lot of explaining to do, and hope that your girlfriend forgives you and takes you back, if not then you know that you messed up and you have to learn that you can not cheat your girl if you want to keep her, tell the girl that you had a fling with that you are sorry that it happened and that you realize the commitment with your girlfriend is very important and you don't want anything else to do with her, and then try to make ties with your girl.

There's not much you can do since the cat is out of the bag. If you want to stay with your girlfriend, just appologize and try to make it up to her. It's not the worst thing in the world, you're not married.

I would come out with it and tell her before she brings it up first.
I would get on my knees, start to cry(or make yourself), tell her that you know what you did was stupid, Say that you will accept it if she leaves you for good but that you beg for her to forgive you.
Honestly, when double cross a woman like that you have no hope nor do you deserve her love anymore.

These are the risks we take when we betray someone. I have no words of wisdom for you - if an apology works with your girlfriend then do that.
Of course you know that she will never ever trust you again - can you live with that.

Since you have proved to your girlfriend that she can never trust you out of her sight, the only possibility is to quickly find a new girlfriend that no one knows. That is because she is sure to dump you and sure to tell all of her friends what a lowlife weasel you are.

Things won't be the same, she may want to leave you, and if she's nice enough to want to keep you around, you must now be extra extra nice and treat her EXTREMELY well, I mean like treat her like a queen and do all kinds of extra special things for her.
