Copy other mangas. Get some tracing paper and start tracing the manga designed by others. Do 100 tracings...faster and faster...and in some time your hand and your brain will learn basic patterns in drawing mangas. Then you can start on your own. Even Giotto and Da Vinci started making copies of popular paintings.

First off to get you started you need to trace pictures. then go to tracing manga. after you've got the knack of that look at manga and draw what you see. after awhile you can draw manga without any help

well for manga there is a lot of shaping involved, so if i were you i would practice drawing basic shapes first then a basic human figure using shapes... after you get the basics down you can start going into more detail. drawing takes practice too.
