Consider what one businessman wrote to the world headquarters of Jehovah’s Witnesses: “I am writing to ask permission to hire Jehovah’s Witnesses. I want to hire them because I know for a fact that they are honest, sincere, and trustworthy, and they will not cheat you. The only people I really trust are Jehovah’s Witnesses. Please help me.”
Jehovah's Witnesses don't lie or cheat. They are respectful, serious, loving.
Many persons after coming to the Kingdom Hall for the first time said that they were amazed by the way they were received. They said that they felt love and warm. That's how I felt too.
So, don't judge us before you know us.

My best friend is one, and I really loved them.
But about Jehovahs Witnesses in general, well to me they are the best Christians, the most closest to the manuscripts. They already reject the Trinity and Jesus being God, which is good, as the Trinity is all made up, and Jesus is not God, and never was.
But they still have other beliefs which make no sense.- No offence. And I don't have a problem.
Well, I have to go and eat, so bye.

They have ideas about things, and express them to others, in a way that explores the limits of freedom of speach and religion. They have done quite a bit of legal work pushing edges in those areas.
There's one that comes to the door every month or so. I'm an athiest, and he I know he wants to convert me. He always wears a suit and is very respectfull. We talk about things and disagree. But we get along.
I like his respect toward me and I respect him for his convicition. Frankly, I'd miss him if he stopped coming.
My friends think I'm crazy for talking to him. But I'm sure he thinks I'm crazy too. I like the Idea of us crazy people talking in peace. Much better than talking with guns.
So I feel pretty good about them. I disagree with thier views, but as people they seem OK to me.

I have spent hours talking to them in the past. I think they have lots of strange ideas. They're good at pulling out a single verse in the Bible and building a whole philosophy around that verse that is not supported in other passages of the Bible.
JW's are not the only ones guilty of such a thing. I think most Christian religions do that to one degree or another.

Jehovah's Witnesses have the true religion. They are Christian (of course), but they are unique for their rejection of paganisms, use of God's personal name, and global preaching by every active adherent. No other religious organization can claim such purity of worship.
These facts about Jehovah's Witnesses are perhaps relevant to this question. The more one compares this Christian religion with others, the more remarkable it is shown to be.
1. Jehovah's Witnesses have no paid clergy. Yet they remain tightly organized with more than 6.5 million active Jehovah's Witness preachers (about 16 million associate themselves with the religion). Even fulltime preachers and workers at their branch offices are unpaid volunteers.
2. There is no elite class among Jehovah's Witnesses. Even the few 'anointed' among them enjoy no special privileges in their congregations on earth. An anointed person (one of those relative few with a heavenly hope) is not elevated above his fellow congregants in any way, and he may not even qualify for appointment as a simple 'deacon' or elder. There are no titles; EVERYONE is addressed as 'brother' or 'sister'.
3. No person benefits economically from the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Even the 8 to 20 men who serve on their Governing Body receive simply room, board, medical care, and reimbursement for certain personal expenses according to the exact same provision as every other branch volunteer.
4. About a hundred men have served on Jehovah's Witnesses' Governing Body committee during the past 125 years or so. The vast majority of them have spent the vast majority of their adult lives volunteering for their organization's purposes, and the vast majority have died faithfully and near-pennilessly while still under their legal 'vow of poverty'.
5. Amazingly, Jehovah's Witnesses did not splinter as a sect from some other religion. Instead, a truly tiny but sincere group of bible students studied only the Scriptures to determine the will of God. Thus their religion remains absolutely independent of and not carrying the sins of Christendom's history, yet carries the authority of Christ's teachings.
6. Despite the distortions of anti-Witnesses, throughout their modern history Jehovah's Witnesses have refused to claim divine inspiration or infallibility for their teachings. They have pointed to the bible (and not any particular translation) as the only inspired infallible means of knowing God's thoughts. For over 125 years, their teachings have been presented as merely the results of sincere bible research by imperfect but godly humans.

I feel we are imperfect humans doing what we think is best. I do believe we follow the Bible closely, sadly this is why allot of people say rude things about us. I think also many people do not bother to learn what we really believe or why.

Well, they are very pushy and never give me a chance to ask my questions. When I prove them wrong, they get mad and slam their Bible closed. As a Christian, I just wish I could get a chance to be able to understand what they believe, but they don't ever give me a chance to speak. Thay also always point their finger in my face. I don't mind them slamming their Bibles, but I don't want fingers poked in my face.
