I'd say no, but if you've been with Rogers a long time and you're a smooth talker, you could probably get them to give you a better deal to keep from losing you as a customer. Basically, if you tell them you're fed up, you want to cancel and you're going to satellite because it's cheaper you'll eventually work your way to customer retentions and they'll strike a better deal with you.

Other than that, the plain vanilla bundle packages Rogers offers aren't that great. Rogers digital phone is a VoIP service but they charge more for it than other VoIP providers just because they can scam people into getting it through the "bundles" deal and because people are already familiar with the Rogers name. Bell/Aliant offers a bundle with ExpressVu and Bell home phone with a real phone line and cell service that is very competitive with what Rogers is pitching. The internet would be Bell/Aliant DSL rather than through a cable modem.

Other than bundles you could probably piece together something that is competitive pricewise going between StarChoice for satellite TV, having cable internet or DSL by itself, signing up with a lower cost VoIP provider like ZingoTel ($20US/mo for unlimited long distance to Canada and US plus service included versus Rogers $35CDN/mo+HST for the same), whoever you want for cell service like Rogers, Fido, Bell, heck even Virgin Mobile prepaid if you want, you're not limited when you pick and choose your own.
