Which feels more pain: a 3-month-old fetus being aborted, or a 9-month-old baby being born?

Just a guess but it seems to me that being cut into pieces would be more painful than having to squeeze though a tight rubber band. Can't say I'm willing to do either as an adult so i suppose I could be wrong.

I am just about able to see. It is dark around me. When mom brings me into the world it will be full of sunshine and flowers. But what I want more than anything is to see my mom. How do you look, mom?

I wonder if mom hears the whispering of my heart? Some children come into the world a little sick. But my heart is strong and healthy. It beats so evenly: tup-tup, tup-tup. You’ll have a healthy little daughter, mom!

Well since a 3 month old fetus wouldn't have a complete nervous system I would say the 9 month old baby.

Does it matter? One leads to death, the other leads to life. It's not a question of pain. If you had a broken leg that needed to be set. What's more painful, shooting you in the head or setting the leg? Which would you rather have done?

Personally I would rather go through the pain of having the bone set even though shooting me in the head might relieve the pain right away.

I will choose life over death when it comes to a human being.

You're missing the point. It all goes back to the Golden Rule. In your own case, would you have rather had your mother give birth to you or abort you?

I totally agree w/ rbarc.

Life is always better than death. Who has the right to choose who dies or not. I don't believe that if you have the power to create (to make something out of nothing) life than you do not have the power to terminate it either.

Abortion should be illegal and there shouldn't be a death penalty either for that matter.

NO ONE SHOULD DECIDE WHO LIVES AND WHO DIES- ONLY GOD SHOULD DETERMINE THAT.
