Seven sixteenths of one inch
That's the distance you'd have to move your pinky in order to not sound like an idiot. I know the burden of pressing shift to capitalize is a great one, but c'mon, you can do better than that. I used to type emails in caps like yours, but then I decided that I didn't want a job mixing concrete.

Its pretty funny i came across this. I thought it was the same post as earlier and low and behold it is dedicated to me. No I'm not a cop. I also know that when you take something without paying for it that's called stealing. If the owners was not there to pay then you do not have any right to take it. Plain and simple. Yes I am a smart guy. I don't steal other people's stuff. Maybe the guy was a no show because his mom had to go to the hospital. Maybe he got stuck in traffic. Who knows? Maybe he changed his mind about selling it to you which is entirely within his rights. Just be glad he had the other cop allow you to make restitution instead of reporting you for theft SMART GUY because that would have been entirely within his rights. I would take some of this into consideration and reexamine your obsession with trying to get certain members of the police in trouble.

Just agreeing to let you buy something off of Craig's List does not give you any rights other than to show up where it is agreed upon and pay for the item and THEN take it. And yes, in the strictest terms the other guys could be considered as accomplices since they helped you commit a theft. They had no right to give you possession of the man's property. However since it was a minor theft and you were in possession of the stolen item I sincerely doubt they would even go after them since convicting you would be a slam dunk.

You can ask this question another 3 or 4 times and its not going to change the answer.
