or any addvise on how often i should work out ...i cant afford a trainer

At 5'6 and 126#, why would you want to lose 5 more pounds?
If you must, first look to your current diet. If you drinking soft drinks, Coke, Pepsi, and the like, stop. Just drink water. Make breakfast your largest meal. Your body will burn the calories throughout the day. Finally, increase your exercise level. If you run to stay in shape, add another mile to each work out. If you use a gym, add 30-60 minutes to your regimen. One other option, if you drive to work, add 30 minutes to your commute. Park one mile from your work and walk. That will give you a two mile workout without realizing it.

There are some good fitness articles at http://fitnessarticles.excellentabc.com . I used some of their suggestions in my workouts and they really helped.

Good luck losing the 5 pounds.

Exercising is always a good idea for anyone but you are already way too skinny. You will look malnourished if you lose even one more pound.
