Very easy, definitely oh so good, but the cook time is 45 minutes.
Lemon Butter Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Dijon mustard
Dry bread crumbs
1 stick *butter* (NO substitutions)
juice and finely grated zest of one large lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 16 oz. box fettuccine, cooked according to box directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush both sides of chicken breasts liberally with Dijon mustard and coat completely in bread crumbs. Place in 13 X 9 baking dish.
Melt butter, lemon juice, lemon zest and salt in small sauce pan over low heat until butter is melted and salt is dissolved. Pour evenly over chicken breasts.
Bake for 45 minutes, basting twice during cooking.
15 minutes before the chicken is done, cook pasta according to box directions. Drain well and return to cooking pot.
When chicken is done, remove breasts to serving plates and scrape the lemon-butter sauce and all the crunchy bits out of the pan and onto the pasta. Toss well to coat, and serve.
Yum!

Orange Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:
1 (3-3 1/2 pound) whole chicken
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken breast side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. If desired, separate the glaze and reserve some to serve with chicken after cooking.
Brush some of the orange mixture on chicken and roast uncovered another 15 minutes. Periodically brush chicken with the orange mixture until chicken is no longer pink (180 degrees using a meat thermometer). Serve chicken with remaining orange mixture.

You could go to near Chinatown square if they near you. go there and go to Chinese traditional medicine store. Ask them if they have chickens soup steam (Tim) medicine herbs regularly they have packing. bought one, explain to them you want a sweet one. but if you want for adding blood regular they add Tang Qwei and for this have a bitter taste.
so have organic chickens (up to you if you want half the chickens of whole)and put this medicine herbs in bowl/pants add water and give a bit salt so ready to cooking you could do boiled or steam (Tim).
so when ready you could not only enjoy the chicken soup but also the herbs, you are able eat that herbs don't so worry it's healthy.

Very easy. Yummy too.
BRAZILIAN CHICKEN AND RICE WITH OLIVES
1 pound skinless boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup yellow rice mix with seasoning packet (from 8-ounce box)
1/2 cup (packed) pimiento-stuffed Spanish olives, halved
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Orange wedges
Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and generously with ground black pepper. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic, and peel; sauté until chicken is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add 1 cup water and orange juice and bring to boil. Mix in rice, seasoning packet, and olives. Return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes.
Stir cilantro into rice mixture. Transfer to platter. Garnish with orange wedges.
Makes 4 servings.

Chicken breast covered in mustard and dipped in bread crumbs. Sautee up in the pan and serve. (you can add salt, pepper/cayanne pepper, garlic powder to the breadcrumbs for more flavor).
