you're 164(which is not that much really), 100lbs less would kill you unless your 4 feet tall. it's physically impossible to lose that much in a month. at best you can expect 8lbs. that's losing it safely at 2lbs per week.
at any rate, here are some tips for weight loss that helped me personally:
cut out all fried foods.
i switched from drinking sodas everyday to water or hot tea. i cut out the caffeine which helped a lot.
i started eating more salads.
instead of raiding the vending machine at work, i brought granola and things like bananas and apples to snack on.
i cut out most red meat and concentrated on more chicken, turkey and fish.
i stopped eating after 6pm
i also snack on those 100 calorie packs from nabisco, they're great.

Personally I dont think you need to lose 100 pounds. My son is 5 and weighs 62 pounds... If you really really want to start losing weight, try to get out and walk for 30 minutes minimuim a day, review your food choices make sure you get your fruits and veggies in, I always have raisins and nuts in my purse as a quick snack, I'd cut out pop even diet and choose water, tea, etc.. The fad diets do not work and losing weight takes time...but if you eat right and exercise it will come off... you need to burn more calories than you put into your body to lose weight, makes sense. You and a few friends could get together for some exercise, even hiking is great, bikes, skating, you can do it...

100 pounds.... thats a lot
to get you to see how much 100 pounds really is
3500 calories are in ONE pound. (you burn about 2000 calories a day)
so 100 pounds is 350,000 calories.
That is an extreamly large amount of weight that cannot possibly be lost in a single month.
I hate to tell you, but weight loss takes a while.
Ever scince i was in 4th grade i have treid to diet. I am now in 10 grade and i finally realized the best way to go about looseing weight is not to do it as quickly as possible, but to do it slowly.
When trying to loose weight quickly, you will eventualyl crash and gain it all back. But by loosing wiehgt slowly, you will loose weight and keep it off.
Please dont even think you can loose 1000 pounds in a moth, becuase that is rediculous, and you dont acctualyl need to do that. weighting 64 pounds at age 13 would be rediculous as well. my sister is 13 and she weighs 80, but she is the shortest and skinniest girl in her grade.
Scince you are so young, you have pleanty of time to grow into youself. Loosing about 20 pounds in a year would make a huge change on you because you will be taller as well and 20 pounds of fat gone.
the best way to loose weight is to pick up some fun sports and cut out certian junkfoods, such as ice cream.
please dont feel that you need to loose that much weight, adn pelase dont try to loose it so quickly.
consulkt with a family member to help you eat better, adn before you know it, you will be slimming down and feeling more confortable with yourself

Ask for guidance on proper eating and proper weight loss
100 pounds is way too much in one month , take it slow
they say 2.2 pounds per week is a safe loss to enable you to keep it off
The fad diets do not work and they do not teach proper eating or nutritious choices.
Please seek advice from your doctor or guidance counselor
Good luck and take it slow and the healthy way !!!
My two cents worth *S*

I hope that this is not a serious question. 100 pounds is not going to fall off in a month. You really don't want to weigh only 64 pounds you will look sick.

You can't lose 100 lbs. in a month. Or 2 months, or 3 months.
You don't need to lose 100 lbs. You want to weigh 64 lbs? Come on, now. WAY TOO THIN. If you have an eating disorder, get some help.

you can't....you can lose 10 pounds a month, but definently not 100..start by cutting back and eventually eliminating fried foods, sugary snacks, sodas and sweet juices..also exercise and limit your portions
