This so-called "questioner" has regularly demonstrated that her intention is to select whichever answer best regurgitates sycophantic anti-Witness propaganda.

Anti-Witnesses pretend that Jehovah's Witnesses taught "the end of the world" would occur in 1975 or some other year, but that is simply not true. An honest question would examine whether Jehovah's Witnesses themselves believed that is what their organization taught.

Let's examine 1975...

In 1975, there was a peak of 2,179,256 active Witnesses preaching from house to house. Did they quit in 1976? No.

By 2005, there were 6,613,829 actively preaching Jehovah's Witnesses, more than THREE TIMES as many!

Even in the United States, Jehovah's Witnesses have doubled their numbers since 1975. The publications of Jehovah's Witnesses which mentioned 1975 did so because it seemed to represent 6000 years since mankind's creation; no connection was made between that year and Armageddon.

Jehovah's Witnesses have long taught that not even Jesus knew the day and hour of Armageddon.

(Matthew 24:3-36) .The disciples approached [Jesus] privately, saying: “Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?” 4 And in answer Jesus said to them: “Look out... 10 Then, also, many will be stumbled and will betray one another and will hate one another. ...13 But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. 14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come. ...36 “Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.

It is sad when the enemies of truth work to spread misinformation regarding this peaceful Christian religion (see John 8:44).

They try to determine the end of the last day of God (The 6 creation day). Since we are still in the 6th day.

It started when Eve was created and ends at Jesus return. Some JWs believe a day for God is 6,000 human years.

But because there is no exact reference to this in the scriptures it becomes impossible to get the exact date.

That and the bible does not say the years between Adam and God’s last creation, Eve.

Why are you wasting your time wondering why a religion has got it wrong so many times that by chance they may get it right eventually just so they can say "I told you so, we were right" surely you should be thinking, if that's the best they could do they should give it up as a bad joke realize that religion is a bad thing and crawl back under the rock they came from.

the thought you may keep away from something that harms you isn't stressful to fathom. You keep away from cigs in case you do no longer decide for lung cancer. You keep away from striking around drug addicts in case you decide on for to stay faraway from the wear of medicine. Jehovah God of direction is familiar with the will for us to guard our religious well being. right here is basically one scripture that touches on it and it rather is extremely sparkling. there are a number of others.a million Cor. 5:9-13 9 In my letter I wrote YOU to stop blending in enterprise with fornicators, 10 no longer [which skill] completely with the fornicators of this worldwide or the grasping persons and extortioners or idolaters. in any different case, you may certainly could desire to get out of the worldwide. 11 yet now i'm writing YOU to stop blending in enterprise with absolutely everyone called a brother it rather is a fornicator or a grasping guy or woman or an idolater or a reviler or a drunkard or an extortioner, no longer even ingesting with one in each and every of those guy. 12 For what do I could desire to do with judging those exterior? Do YOU no longer choose those interior, 13 mutually as God judges those exterior? “eliminate the depraved [guy] from between yourselves.” So in case you decide on for to argue against the 'rightness' of it, i'm sorry yet you're argueing against the guidance from God and there is not any argueing that. yet once you basically decide for to comprehend then i could say to talk to his mom. She could desire to consult you in spite of if she could keep away from her son. i'm no longer asserting that his mom is optimal or incorrect. It relies upon on the disfellowshipped persons movements as to what variety of touch the kinfolk could have with that guy or woman. She could desire to be waiting to describe it to you utilising the Bible and giving her motives. i'm valuable she could welcome the prospect to describe and supply a witness. there is not any thank you to have absolutely everyone no longer accustomed to the placement permit you be responsive to the suitable data. in case you're ordinary approximately information then i'm valuable she will clarify it to you. in case you decide on for to remember on your man or woman information and say it fairly is not stunning even nevertheless the BIble helps it then there is not any longer something absolutely everyone can say which will clarify on your satifaction.

How can one call himself a Jehovah's Witness if he was not really a witness? Cuz, I know not all of them were there, they were on my front porch.
