i wore a sweat band with the velcro for a while while i would run 3 miles a day, and of course your stomach will lose water weighth, but you gain it right back with every drink of water, which i drink alot of. and yes you will lose weight, but not from that belt. I believe that belt was designed for wrestlers and boxers, so that they could lose a quick bit of weight to temporarily fit in their weight class for a fight. But don't give up, i heard that the only way to lose weight in the stomach, to lose and tone, is to do abdominal exercise, which are more tedious than other exercises. Sorry to tell you that. It may take some time, but there is no short cut for that one, anyone will tell you.

It might do, because that means that your waist will be warmer, therefore sweating more. Sweating a lot in that area helps you lose the fat.

You can get a special one that is designed to make the area sweat more. It isn't a bad idea, and it won't hurt for you to do. I have done it, and i'll tell you - I sweat up a storm!!! And, remember sweating is good for weight loss :)

Baggy clothes hide your system and encourage lounging around. So regardless if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to hold you on track.
